I found Dickens Coaching at a perfect time in my life, a time when everything seems to be going wrong in my life. I used always start off my days feeling stressed and overwhelmed.  I was exhausted when I woke up no matter how much sleep I had the night before.

After a few sessions of coaching, I was given the tools to change my routine. It started with some morning meditation for a few minutes and relaxation breathing.  This was a game changer for me because it gave me an positive start to my day and some energy that wasn't there before. I even started doing 20 to 30 minutes of cardio on my bike before work to really feel energized.
